Refund/Exchange Policy

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are absolutely NO RETURNS!

Exchanges can be made within 7 business days from the date of delivery. All exchanged suits must be in the original packaging in an unworn condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. To make an exchange please get in touch with our Customer Experience team at support@cheauxtime.com who will happily take you through the steps you need. Please note that unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping costs of the exchange.

Please note:

  • Exchanges initiated after 7 business days from date of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Hygiene stickers for all swimsuits MUST be in place for an item to be accepted as an exchange.
  • All labels, hang tags, and packaging of the swimsuit must be returned in order for you to receive your exchange.
